Keynote Concierge
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 9, 2026
What we collect
When you request a speaker shortlist or submit yourself for roster review, we collect the information you give us: your name, company and role, email address, phone number if you choose to share it, and the details of your event or speaking work. We also collect basic technical information that any website receives, such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to do the thing you asked us to do: match your event with speakers, respond to your brief, review speaker submissions, and communicate with you about your request. We may also send you occasional emails about Keynote Concierge. You can opt out of those at any time and your request will still be handled.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or add you to third-party lists. Your event brief is shared only with the speakers and their representatives involved in your shortlist, and only to the extent needed to confirm fit and availability.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party tools to run our forms, email, and website analytics. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and a person will handle it. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights (such as GDPR or CCPA), those rights apply and we will honor them.
